SMART goals help a lot to look back and to realize our progress and to make some conclusions for future goals planning. I will try to create a new one for the Spring-Summer term and vacation period.
Was I able to achieve all of them? No, some of them didn't even try, but I did it with understanding that I am prioritizing it differently than it was planned at the beginning of the term.
Long-term Goal: Successfully finish BIT
My studies were less stressful during this term. The important thing to mention is that the program was much more difficult, but I was able to concentrate more and to switch to a different course once I felt stuck. It helped me, as I noticed, that after a break sometimes you see how to continue.
If I continue this way, I am sure the program will be successfully finished!
Goal 1: To rest one day a week during the study period.
I had no option to get rest one day a week, but I was able to get a rest much more compared to the term one.
Goal 2: Learn Cross Country Ski and Ice-Skating
I didn't do it as much as I wanted to. Cross-country only one lesson with instructor and one on my own. Ice-skating only three times. But I am still incredibly happy I did it, sure next winter I'll find the way to free up my time.
Goal 3: I want to get back in shape.
I failed in this task. I have more kilograms to lose than it was at the beginning of the term. Hope I'll be able to figure it out during summer vacations.
Goal 4: To make new connections with some of the students from BIT
I am so happy it was one of my Goals. I definitely can say I reached this goal and once we look in this direction it is not so difficult to make new connections!
Goal 5: Meditation practice on Yoga Sadhu board.
Failed. All my Goals related to health and sport are not achieved.
