Directions conference this year was in person. At the beginning, I felt a little bit awkward and confusing, as it was too yearly to wake up and for too long time we had all communications only online. This even was a great opportunity to get out from my comfort zone.
Sessions were interesting, speakers inspired us to try new things and to show up. I was expecting a lot from round tables sessions, but for my regret I wasn't assigned even to one professional from IT departments. The last round-table speaker didn't show up and I found how to catch my lucky ticket and joined a table with Dan Blare. I wanted to meet this person from term one. He is a BIT graduate and develops his own company with VR technologies. He shared with us lots of valuable tips and I was really satisfied with my experience.
